Terms and Conditions:

1. Candidates employed in government, semi-government, or autonomous institutions must apply via the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

2. A CGPA below 3.00/4.00 will be categorized as second division.

3. Applicants holding foreign degree(s) or certificates must furnish equivalent certificates from HEC/IBCC, Islamabad.

4. Experience or qualifications obtained after the application deadline will not be considered.

5. Successful candidates will adhere to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act 2012 and the Rules, Regulations, and Statutes of the University of Swabi.

6. Only eligible or shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview, as per the University of Swabi Statutes 2016.

7. No TA or DA will be provided to candidates appearing for the interview.

8. The university bears no responsibility for the non-receipt or delayed receipt of interview call letters by candidates.

9. All pertinent information and updates will be posted on the university website.

10. The university retains the right to increase or decrease the number of positions as per departmental needs or to leave positions unfilled.

How to Apply for University of Swabi Latest Jobs 2024: Apply Online?

Candidates are requested to follow the procedure:

1. Interested individuals must apply through the online job portal accessible on the university’s website, www.uoswabi.edu.pk, and regularly visit the webpage for process updates.

2. Applicants are required to submit a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 6,500/- via bank draft or online deposit in Account No. 0323-204588555 or 0323-223082836 at United Bank Limited, Swabi Branch, payable to the Treasurer, University of Swabi.

3. Candidates should complete the online application form and dispatch its printed copy to the registrar’s office. Alongside, include proof of the original receipt of the bank draft or online deposit and attested photocopies of all DMCs, degrees, certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, and two recent passport-sized photographs by January 15, 2024, using a registered courier service. Applications that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline won’t be accepted.

4. The application form must contain landline telephone, mobile number, postal, and email addresses. Any change of address or contact details must be promptly communicated to this office in writing.
