Interested candidates must follow these steps to apply for positions at the University of Agriculture, D.I. Khan:

1. Application Form:

Obtain the designated application form from the university’s official website, https://www.uad.edu.pk, or from the Registrar’s Office at the University of Agriculture, D.I. Khan.

2. Document Submission:

Submit the application form along with comprehensive bio-data and attested/verified photocopies of all relevant documents, including diplomas, degrees, certificates, CNIC, experience certificates, and two recent passport-sized photographs.

3. Application Processing Fee:

Pay the non-refundable application processing fee according to the following structure:

• Rs. 5000/- for BPS-19 and TTS positions
• Rs. 3000/- for BPS-17 and 18 positions
• Rs. 2000 for posts in BPS-11, 14, and 16.
• Rs. 1000/- for BPS-1, 5, and 7 positions

Deposit the fee at any branch of the Bank of Khyber Limited, Account No. 3003771977, Branch Code (0129). Ensure the original deposit slip is securely attached to the application form.

Applications with a deposit slip showing an amount less than the specified fee will not be processed.

4. Multiple Applications:

Candidates must submit separate applications and pay fees for each vacancy if they are applying for more than one position.

5. Government Employees:

Applicants currently employed in government, semi-government, or autonomous institutions must route their applications through the proper channels to avoid disqualification.

6. PVMC Registration:

For positions within the Animal & Veterinary Sciences, registration with the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council (PVMC) is mandatory.

7. Shortlisting and Interview:

Only qualified applicants will be contacted to invite them for an interview or test. Please note that no travel or daily allowances will be provided for attending the test/interview. Candidates must bring their original documents during the interview process.
