• Attested CNIC
• Attested Copies of Educational Qualifications
• Attested Experience Certificates
• Original Bank Deposit Slip

Important Notes

• Deposit Slips post-January 22, 2024, not accepted.
• Incomplete/Incorrect/Late forms disregarded.
• False/misleading info leads to candidature cancellation.

Test/Interview Details

• Schedule: Communicated via [SDA Website](https://sdagb.gov.pk) and local newspapers.
• Information also displayed at the Office Notice Board.
• Original docs necessary for application info verification during the interview.

Current Govt. Employees

• Apply through proper channels; include NOC with required docs.

Multiple Applications

• Separate forms for each post if applying for multiple positions.

TA/DA Policy

• No admissible TA/DA for the test/interview.
