Interested candidates are required to follow the outlined application procedure.

1. Online Application:

Apply through the online application portal available at https://punjabhec.gov.pk before the deadline of March 12, 2024.

2. Submission of Hard Copy:

After online submission, send a duly signed hard copy of the online application form by March 15, 2024, before 5:00 PM, via registered courier or post to the provided address.

3. Required Documents:

Along with the application form, include:

• CV
• Copy of CNIC
• Copies of educational and professional experience certificates
• Recent colored photograph

4. Payment of Fee:

Ensure the inclusion of a valid bank draft, pay order, or deposit slip for the specified fee amount corresponding to the serial numbers mentioned in the advertisement. The fee structure is as follows:

• Rs. 2000/- for serial numbers 1-2
• Rs. 1500/- for serial numbers 3-4
• Rs. 1000/- for serial numbers 5-7
• Rs. 500/- for serial numbers 8–9

Payment should be made in favor of the Punjab Higher Education Commission, Account No. 6580045615700054, at The Bank of Punjab, Branch Code 8320.

5. Submission Details:

Applicants must submit individual applications for each position, clearly indicating the name of the respective post on the envelope. Applicants who are already employed must follow the proper channel for submission.

6. Selection Process:

Only candidates shortlisted for the test/interview will receive further communication, and no travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided.

7. Completeness and timeliness:

Ensure the completeness of the application, as incomplete submissions or those received via email, fax, by hand, or after the deadline will not be entertained.
