General Instructions:
1. Educational Qualifications:
Only one 2nd Division is permissible throughout the entire academic career, where the final degree is awarded with first-class honors.
Final degrees must be obtained with a minimum of 1st Division (for the annual system: 60%, and for the semester system: 2.5/4.00 CGPA). No third division is permitted in the entire educational history.
Degrees, diplomas, and certificates must be duly recognized by HEC, PEC, the Board of Technical Education, and government-recognized institutes as applicable. Equivalence certificates for A-level, O-level, and foreign degrees must be obtained from HEC/IBCC.
The specified educational qualifications must have been attained on or before the closing date of applications.
2. Post-Qualification Experience:
“Post Qualification Experience” refers to the relevant experience gained after obtaining the required qualification until the closing date.
3. Age Limit:
The maximum age is thirty-five years old. However, exceptions may be considered in cases of specialized experience or qualifications. As stated in the advertisement, the deadline for calculating age is also the application submission deadline.
4. Application Process:
Only candidates who fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria are eligible to apply. Any candidate found to not meet the requirements and still applying for any of the above positions may have their candidature canceled at any stage of the selection process, and no claims will be entertained thereafter.
Candidates currently employed in government, semi-government organizations, or autonomous bodies must submit their applications through the proper channel.
