PPL is pleased to announce an on-the-job training opportunity for trainees on a two-year contractual basis. Interested candidates who meet the standard eligibility criteria will need to undergo a written test.
This test will be administered by the National Testing Service (NTS) in major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Quetta, and Peshawar. The specific test date will be communicated through the NTS website.

Selection criteria:
The eligibility criteria for candidates applying to the training program are as follows:
1. Nationality:
Candidates must be Pakistani nationals, whether locally or foreign-qualified.
2. Educational Qualifications:
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, equivalent to a minimum of 16 years of education, in specific disciplines/categories.
The degrees must be acquired from institutions accredited by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
3. Age Limit:
The maximum age limit for applicants is 28 years old as of the date of the advertisement.
4. Academic Performance:
Throughout their academic career, candidates must have maintained a first division (60% and above) since matriculation (or its equivalent).
5. Graduation Date:
Candidates who graduated after July 1, 2022, are eligible, regardless of whether they have experience after qualifying.
6. Candidates Awaiting Results:
Applicants who have their final exam results pending or who have an exam date of May 2024 set are also qualified.
However, candidates falling into this category must provide a provisional certificate from their academic institution, based on their past results (up to the last semester), confirming their likelihood of obtaining a first division.
