Important Notes:

Age Calculation:

Age is calculated based on the closing date for the receipt of applications.

Upper Age Relaxation:

Civil Servants:

Five (05) years of relaxation for those with two (02) years of continuous government service on a regular basis.

Disabled Candidates:

Ten (10) years of relaxation for the initial appointment.

Procedure for Upper Age Relaxation:

Candidates exceeding the age limit by:

Up to three (03) years:

Apply to the concerned Administrative Secretary.

Up to five (05) years:

Apply to the Chief Secretary.

Up to seven (07) years:

Apply to the Chief Minister.
Approval from the competent authority is necessary before the written examination, or MCQ test.

Local/Domicile Certificate:

Candidates must provide a local or domicile certificate for their district.
Married female candidates should submit their husband’s domicile certificate with their name.

Vacancy Rights:

The government reserves the right to adjust the number of announced vacancies.

Zonal Allocation:

Vacancies were allocated according to the Government of Baluchistan’s Recruitment Policy of 1991.

Experience Criteria:

Requisite experience should be gained in a regular, full-time-paid job relevant to the required qualification.

Eligibility Criteria:

Determined post-screening, professional test, or examination.
Ineligible candidates, even if they appeared or qualified, will have their candidatures cancelled.

Viva Voce Test:

Qualified candidates from written/MCQs tests will be called for a Viva Voce Test.
Topics include current affairs, general knowledge, Islamic/religious studies, and Pakistan studies.

How to Apply for BPSC Latest Jobs 2024 in Education Department: Apply Online?

General Instructions for the Eligible Candidates:

a) Application Submission:

Applications for BPS-16 and above positions must be submitted online via the BPSC’s website, www.bpsc.gob.pk.
No hard copy of the online application is required.
Applicants without internet access can submit their applications on the prescribed form to the Balochistan Public Service Commission, Quetta, by hand or mail before the closing date (20 February 2024).
Application forms with particular details are available on the BPSC website.

b) Mandatory Documents for Screening or Written Test:

Candidates must bring their original CNIC, a Treasury receipt (green challan), and a downloaded copy of the admission certificate or roll number for the screening or written test.
The original CNIC and Treasury receipt are valid documents.
Candidates should not send the original T.R. in advance to avoid inconvenience at the exam hall.

c) Notification and Roll No. Slips:

Candidates who submitted applications by hand or mail will receive their roll number slips through postal dispatch and SMS notification.

d) Availability of Admission Certificates/Roll No. Slips:

Admission Certificates/Roll No. Slips for Screening (MCQ’s Test/Written Test) will be posted on the BPSC website.
Candidates are advised to frequently visit the website and will also be informed through SMS.

e) Time Constraints:

There is no more time permitted for postal delivery, etc.

Application Fee:

Candidates must deposit the original Treasury receipt for:

Rs. 2000 for BPS-19 and BPS-20.
Rs. 1000 for BPS-18.

The fee should be deposited in the State Bank/National Bank of Pakistan in Balochistan or government Treasury authorized for

transactions on behalf of the Balochistan Government under the Head C02101 ORGAN OF STATE EXAM.FEE RECEIPT BPSC.
